No, their kids were actually begging them to stop, saying they don’t want them to go to jail. Amazing vid, the kids had better morals than the parents.

In general, vandalism cases can fall under a criminal mischief charge, which starts as a class 3 misdemeanor if the damage is less than $300. There could also be trespassing charges if someone enters private property to commit a crime.

IIRC, the older child was actually trying to dissuade the brain dead parents. In the photo you posted, it even appears that the youngster is giving the “Aw, not this $4!t again” salute.
She may be a child but she may be an 18 yr old small asian woman.

Here in heavily Democratic Bergen County, NJ, I have been noticing just very recently , Biden/Harris signs proliferate everywhere. And our town (Allendale) usually votes Republican in every election. These Biden/Harris signs can give the wrong impression though..putting a TRUMP sign on your lawn amounts to a redundancy, and there are still plenty enough people driving by who would give you the finger and/or honk their horns, if they saw a “provocative” Trump sign. So why bother? This is the feeling of people I know who had a Trump sign up and got this reaction-—it becomes a stale game of virtue-signalling-—we can leave that up to the Democrats—for our part we’ll just vote for Trump.
There are literally thousands of Trump flags in Colorado.
