I’m certainly not qualified to measure souls as a mere mortal, but it seems to me that God might bring back a deficient soul, only to be aborted, time and time again, say for murdering a family with a lot of children. Or bring them back as a Down’s Syndrome embryo. But I think the discussion should include Karma and reincarnation considerations.
One of my daughter’s besties has Down’s. Friend went to college for mathematics.
One of the sweetest young women I’ve ever known has Down Syndrome. She is a continual blessing to all who know her.
Of course anti-lifers are OK with aborting any and all inconvenient offspring, but they especially have it in for Down Syndrome kids.
