Hey Joe,
In January, I felt blah, had a dry cough and was wheezing a bit. This was before we knew about any symptoms of this virus. I have taken zinc for about 10 years with “over 50” vitamins. I rarely feel effects of a cold. About 5 years ago, I think I got the flu. For the flu I took Scotch, honey, tea and lemon. Hate medicine. Lasted 2 days. I opted out of a family gathering because I just wasn’t feeling right. I tell the people I know that I think I had the virus.
Same here.
Plus getting in as much exercise as I can and eating well. All the normal stuff to keep healthy, which is the best way to be resistant to all forms of infectious diseases not just coronavirus.

In February I had such a terrible cough I couldn’t carry on a conversation. It went on for about four weeks. I think I had it too.
I could have written your post myself. A tight dry cough, horrible headache, red blotches on my toes and red eyes, but never ran a temp or lost smell or taste to any degree.
I have added Quercetin lately, since my HMO is prejudiced against HCQ, but was already taking zinc, C, D and several B vitamins, potassium, magnesium and fish oil.
