There might be some bonus points in the House voting to condemn Qanon as a baseless conspiracy theory. 17R’s voting no is amazing. Since the House is on the record saying that Qanon is just a mere baseless conspiracy theory, does that get the said conspiracy theory off the hook for possible disclosure of classified info.
