I don’t think this started at Cleveland. I mean its possible, but the timing and the number off people infected indicates that it happened at the Supreme Court announcement event at the White House.
And I think it was a deliberate attempt to take out some “R” people to hold up the vote. Or possibly to get the President. Or both.
Attempted murder at this point.
