I think so...the chairs are white and you see the tip behind his shoulder in the first video. The 2nd video is at another angle. But then I’ve read reports that POTUS is on a ship somewhere—LOL!

The motion in the vid where he’s sitting is from a stabilized camera.
It’s not noticeable in the vid where he’s standing.
But I agree, the cabinets look the same; top cabinet knobs and bottom cabinet knobs are close together.
