I was watchin’ a fella talk about what it’s like in the SHU. He said it’s the most militant part of the prison. He said every day they’d start off with Eighty Eights. I believe that means burpees - eight reps, eight sets, eighty eight and he said exactly that it was in honor of the bad man. He said he’s no f’ing racist, but that’s just the way it is if you’re white and in prison, you have to go along with all this white power stuff or you’re gonna get hurt.
