Plus, I’d be inclined to believe that for such a video, a tripod would be used since it’s basically a one-on-one situation with a known speaking location.

A tripod would show no movement at all. A tripod with a Gimbal would correct for more sudden movement, but an aircraft carrier movement would be very subtle.

So would a plane.I am still try to understand the open audio.We did a shoot and I forgot the clip on’s and the cameraman said no worry I will use the mike from the camera.The audio was terrible and I threw it out and had to re-shoot days later.It picks up every little sound.
