From the clips I saw of Slo Joe yesterday, he was incoherent and mumbling in addition to the coughing. This is consistent with all the other “campaign trail” clips & speeches I have endured to watch. It is like a completely different person, from the Super Jo Biden shows up at debates. Clearly something is going on to get him through the debates.
How long do the drugs he take last? It is dangerous to give the drugs two or three days in a row? In other words, if he was drugged for the debate, why wasn’t he drugged for the next day’s choo choo tour? They obviously knew he would be speaking to the public, such as it was.
Biden hasn’t even gotten the message to cough into his elbow or into a tissue. So he coughs into his hand and then touches whatever objects are in front of him. If he cannot even learn to stop coughing into his hand, I do not think that he should be in charge of the Corona virus recovery.
