The video really brought things out. The one time Wallace was almost pleading with the men to stick to the rules and says.... "here's the deal"...THAT was very telling. As the one Expert said THAT IS JOE BIDEN'S LONG USED PHRASE. "Here's The Deal" and Wallace used it. "here's the deal" He might have been referring to the pre-arranged rules "deal" that both candidates signed & that he was supposed to be moderating adherence to.
