Decent people already know not to sneeze on the next person, not to riot or loot stores, not to burn down their cities, attack the police or kill people who don't agree with them.
We see every day that others do as they please without regard to common sense, rules, directives or laws.
IMHO directives like this are the Deep State taking advantage of a genuine health scare to inculcate and normalize submissiveness as part of the national character.
Now, if you speak out or don't comply with a left-side demand or government directive you are attacked and shamed by every leftist person, group, or organization.
Except of course, for the left's own street gangs and enforcers like BLM and ANTIFA
