The well oiled machine that is the Trump administration has been disrupted by COVID-19. They were able to hold rallies with two or three days notice, to meet the foreign dignitaries, to hold round tables etc. it is more than curious how all of the protocols that they used for the past 7 months failed in such a spectacular way.
