You make sense. I do not recall hearing of a single incidence of so much spread at an event since very early in the pandemic when something happened at a wedding. This is very suspicious.

Actually, there have been two major outbreaks due to a single infected person attending a church service. One was on the Navajo reservation, traced to a person from Phoenix who attended a revival.

The second was in Korea, where several hundred were infected at a church meeting.

One theory is singing, like coughing, increases the spread of exhaled viral particles, and indoor meetings with recycled air makes things worse.
