When this first broke and Giuliani took the hard drive to the Delaware police, I saw some posts saying that in Delaware, *everybody* has a duty to report child abuse if they're aware/suspect it. It's not just teachers/doctors, etc. as in some states.

If that's the case, and the Bidens were aware/suspected abuse and they did not report it, then they've violated the law as well.

I haven't researched it, so take it for what it's worth.

The Biden’s are part of the protected class and can break the law without any consequences.
