Comey...a guy noted for his "legendary" memory...authored word for word conversation memos with POTUS, all of a sudden "can't recall"?
oh yeah, I forgot. he was involved in most of the Clinton investigations ( where nobody got indicted) and all he heard was "can't recall" and he saw that it worked.
