It means smart young people can rise up through hard work to replace them.
They do _not_ want that to happen—they want to rule—forever if possible.

After those pos have completely decimate the United States they will continue to live happy fat rich guarded with all sorts of security and above all money to burn! While we peasants will struggle to ink out a living all the while morphing into a mirror image of Venezuela..😢 God help us and our children if we don't stand up and fight them!!
