Scalia was taken to Sunset funeral home here in Northeast El Paso and prepared for burial. I often wondered why, but I guess it was the Proximity to Ft. Bliss and the airport. That’s the FH I’m going to wind up in when the time comes.
IIRC it was the choice of coroner and lack of autopsy with Scalia that were suspicious. Usual jurisdiction bypassed. Or something along those lines.
