Sullivan is giving Powell a week to submit a motion to recruise, and slammed her saing “ you could have filed a motion to recruise back in June.”
This little weasel is going to run out the clock.
Powell acused Sullivan of lying, in opem court. Sullivam didn’t react. Sullivan earlier had stated Flynn refused to cooperate, which never happened.
Gawd such an obvious hose job. Sullivan is flaunting “Yes, Im corrupt, and there’s not a damn thing you can do about it”

What does “recruise” mean?
He means “recuse”, which is to not handle a case because of a conflict or other reason it would be inappropriate. Sullivan needs to recuse because he is biased and he made himself a litigant.
