Sullivan now complaining he can’t judge Strok’s bias because his attorney wrote a letter saying he can’t because he hasn’t seen all of the e-mails + text messages etc. “It was very disturbing for me to see that” ... “I need a certification from someone”.
Sullivan had a plan to extend the case when he walked intothe room., and hang the reason on Powell. First was her letter to the DOJ. Before she appeared on the record. Sullivan wants to see any response o reaction to Powells requests of that letter. Totally irrelevant but suffucient for him to extend. Then he recruisal motion, and a week to prepare.
Sullivan question the ethics of Powells letter, totally ignorant. Sullivan questioned Powells assertion of executive privilege only government employees can assert privileges.
Ive appeared before countless honest jusges. Had I accused them of lying in open ourt, Id still be in jail for contempt.
Powell twice accused Sullivan of political bias, again had I done that to a non corrupt judge, my tooth brush would have no bristles.
No less an admission by Sullivan that he will lie snd allow his corrupt bias to be known.
