As a huge Marillion fan myself, I didn’t think “Kayleigh” charted here in the US.

Hmmm.... sadly, you may be correct. We might have to disqualify that entry based on Marillion being a zero-hit wonder. Truly tragic as “Kayleigh” is one of the best songs ever!

Every time I hear ‘More Than A Feeling’ by Boston I think of Pictures Of Matchstick Men. I think some of the guitar stuff was taken from that song. They are both great songs.

How can one forget classic lyrics like this;

“And she’ll woo you
Then she’ll moon you
And forget to pull her pants up”

“Marty Feldman Eyes” - Bruce “Baby Man” Baum

Rush - New World Man

Yes, it’s true - despite putting multiple albums into the Top Ten, this is Rush’s only single to hit the Billboard Top 40 (peaked at #21 in November 1982).

At the very least Lush, should have been a one-hit wonder here with “For Love”.

I can't believe everyone's conspiring to bury the obvious choice, Sugarloaf's Green Eyed Lady.
