From the camera it looked like she stopped short and didn’t hit the car ahead of her. Secondly, how the hell were the cops that quick on the scene? Unbelievable.

The cops were probably patrolling because of the rally. Good thing they were there to witness it. Who could miss that fool hanging out the window and driving at the same time. I couldn’t believe how fast she was going for not having her eyes on the road or hands on the wheel. She was so full of rage she didn’t realize her foot was off the brake and on the gas.
