Its the lighting. She was there. Normally green screen flutter when light changes say a body movement, but they have these funky porable led light umbrellas. I agree it just doesnt look right, but, yeah its the lighting.

Concur. When they switch to the helicopter shot, you can see her on the street corner in the upper right hand corner of the overhead view. You can see the portable lights to her side.
