I know I have posted this before, but I am going to post again. Here are 10 actions, 5 involve criminals. Can you pick out the five criminals?
1. Man grabbing and running away with a woman’s purse.

3. Woman spray painting a building she doesn’t own with graffiti.

I say we demand no more silly excuses. A child could determine who the criminals are and are not. If there is someone who isn’t sure if one of these even numbered activities is illegal, he/she should not have a badge or a gun.
