Why is that true? It is definitely true for me, while I can get information on simple subjects (cooking, how to use a tool) from digital or blog, but I much prefer things printed out if what I’m reading is more complex. I thought it was just that I am older and my brain matured before the digital age. But you are saying this is true of most people? I’m just curious what the reason is!

The human brain processes digital input far differently than physical input. Digital is completely passive and divorces from physical cues. So much more, but digital comprehension is at least 10% less than paper — and that’s for digitally advanced students. The move to digitize education is the biggest educational scam after whole language and new math.
