IMO- I think the Democrats will flood the ballot boxes with fraudulent votes. Since there’s no way to determine for which candidate the fraudulent votes were cast, they will attack the results if Trump wins, but defend the result if he loses. In theory it’s a win/win.
It never even matters when they are caught.
Just because slow joe will show up with 800,000,000 votes does not mean voter fraud. It is because the Post Office can’t count.
