Mormons always put up a facade. They project the image of being clean-cut wholesome Christians who simply have a mild variant of orthodox Christianity.

In real life, their theology is a cross between L. Ron Hubbard and Freemasonry. Many good Mormons are deluded by this false religion, ie, Islam with a hair cut.

Now I know there's some Mormons on here who will dispute me. Let me ask you...who's the good Mormon politician? Mittens? Flake? Harry Reid? They've all been slimy backstabbers to America when it came to nut-cutting time.

Large, financially ravenous, oversuccessful and centralized religious denominations tend to have politically craven leadership and oversized political influence. Not coincidentally either. That is how it goes. Many good, faithful members of the flock, however.

Andy Biggs...so far. BTW, take a long look at the past and present Mormon members of congress. They aint as conservative as people think. Any religion that has its founding on an ancient Egyptian priests prayer letter, or thinks that Jesus is the brother to Satan? That is called what now?
