As news of the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg spread, the left-wing twittersphere exploded. Ginsburg was widely seen as single-handedly holding back the blood-thirsty reactionary Trump-crazy hordes. The Independents Holly Baxter lamented: Sometimes it felt like she was Americas last hope. Ginsburgs passing loosed fear, frustration, anger, and defiance among the liberal legions.

I agree that she was a political activist judge which has no place on the Supreme Court, or any other court for that matter.....
However, when someone dies, you should ever degrade that person,If for nothing else their family. It serves no purpose.
There are exceptions to that rule, people that are truly evil such as Hitler. Not people with whom you have political disagreement.
I think I have a business opportunity here. For $4.95 (plus shipping and handling) you can purchase a small vile inscribed with “RBG” on the glass. You can then fill the vile with any yellow colored liquid you choose.
Now you have two options, take the vile to RBG’s grave site and pour the liquid on her grave, leaving the vile on top of her grave stone. -OR- for a mere $9.95 you can mail it back to us and we will do it for you.
Thoughts?
It should never be forgotten that this cruel woman supported all abortion and even celebrated third trimester abortion. She did all she could to legalize homosexuality and all its perverse permutations She bent and distorted the Constitution to ruin and destroy America. She hated the American people. It is hypocritical to mourn for her.
American Spectator? I didn’t realize they still existed. Didn’t they go down with the cruise ship? Sorry, they don’t get second chances. Traitors need to hang.
When the Left eliminated the filibuster for judicial appointments many on the right said loudly”this will come back and bite you in the ass!” but leftists with their strategically long range plans are extremely short sighted tactically. Right now trumps everything else. That’s why some of their most potentially effective tactics misfire. They shoot too soon.
When will they roll out the golden casket?
Fat chance on that, BLM would claim it would be a cultural appropriation at this point in history.
Corporations do it all the time when people die. There are some nice words said about how much the person will be missed....they were irreplaceable, etc, etc...and two weeks later the new person is sitting at the desk of the person who was irreplaceable.
That’s her legacy. And it’s not a good one.
These Leftist nuts make me laugh when they post, “Rest in power, RBG.”
I don’t think a corpse wields much power.
She was a very good advocate for the Left.
But advocates for political agendas are exactly the last thing you should have on the Supreme Court.
It is another way for them to denigrate Judeo/Christian tradition, and religion, generally.
They do not recognize any greater good than political power, and they are atheists, so they say "rest in power" rather than "rest in peace".
Left Now Will Pay Price for Turning Courts into Political Battlefield >>>>>>>>>>>
My recommendation? Hold hearings and then await the election results.
I think that waiting for the election results would be foolish, we can already see that the elections are going to be contested and with as much fraud as they can muster.
Should a political writer who has sold his articles to the highest bidder be trusted.
Some states are even excepting mail in ballots up to two weeks after, sure to be enough time to fill out just the amount A Demonrat needs to win.
The Democrats will only pay if the GOP has resolve.
That’s a BIG if.
Why do the lefties on the SCOTUS almost always vote as a block vote, while the other 5 are up in the air and vote the constitution?{rhetorical question}.
RBG was a small person with a big bias and nothing stood in the way of her left leaning bias, and that includes her Oath to the Constitution.
I raised a glass of 12 year old Scotch to celebrate her moving on to meet her maker.
I'll stop now because it is Sunday and The Priest will use soap on my mouth if I continue.
She was terrible. But I do appreciate that she was fiercely loyal to her husband even when they first married. He got cancer and she had him dictate his work to her and she typed it up. This while she also was in law school and having two children. I mean even black hearts have to find that impressive.
Yes, I agree that civility should matter but the democrats threw that out a long time ago. The truth is the democrats are praising her to highest Heaven (and ready to raise a statue to her?) because she could be counted on to deliver on their hard-left agenda (gay marriage, abortion etc.) and some of us seem to be buying into their false narrative. There is another side so let’s hear it. Exactly who was Ruth Bader Ginsburg? It is just a short step during the Senate confirmation hearings from “she was a fine lady of exceptional, sterling character” to “let’s honor her by replacing her with someone who believed much as she did.”
Proceed with a vote BEFORE the election.
Amen!!!!!!!
