At that boat size, they could just tip you, or breach on top of you, game over.

I’ll bet that was a serious pucker factor!

“Whales “sleep” while still moving by turning off half of their brain,”

The opposite of the seclusive, rarely seen Biden Whale that turns off half it’s brain while awake.

May have something or is something to do with all the 6+ Mag Quakes (10<miles) in the Pacific Zone. It is well known that it (significant seismic activity) greatly disturbs aquatic species echolocation, not to mention any and all land-based creatures as far as disturbances in electromagnetic fields and radiofrequency increases.

Romans 8:22, “For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.” 23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.”

This world, the Earth that God Created for mankind, fell due to the rebellion of Adam and Eve against God—seeking to be “as gods, knowing good and evil.”

Genesis 3:5-8 Context: “And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: 3But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. 4And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: 5For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. 6And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. 7And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. 8And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.”

Understand also, after The Flood in Noah’s time, all Created creatures then had the fear of man in them—and God warned him about it as they disembarked the Ark—although being carefully selected by God, each and every creature that He brought to board the Ark and then repopulate the earth—and they did so. It was up to Noah, his wife, and his sons and their wives to either obey The LORD or reject Him as they also were instructed by The Almighty to increase and repopulate the entire earth. Mankind increased, but did not spread abroad the earth; they were of one speech and stayed together until God came down and confused their language at the Tower of Babel.

An opportunity to market a below-the-hull whale waking noise maker?-

I sailed across the Atlantic in 1976 on a 33’ wooden sloop. They had the paperback “Survive the Savage Sea” and I read it on the voyage. Near the Azores, we saw pods of sperm whales almost every day. Once, we sailed right through a pod, sperm whales in every direction.

We were very nervous, especially because the Azoreans hunted sperm whales using traditional wooden whaleboats launched from shore.

We were wondering if they had a collective anger toward small wooden boats. Any of them could have sunk us with one head ramming. This is one of the reasons I built a steel sailboat.

Yep, it’s not a mystery to sailors.

Sailboats on the ocean are so stealthy they’ve been rammed by submarine periscopes.

Steel sailboats don’t win races, but they are very comforting in the middle of the ocean.

Sometimes I lock my prop under sail, sometimes I let it freewheel in neutral. It makes plenty of underwater noise when freewheeling, if I had any idea whales were about, I’d freewheel it.

Raging killer whales, huh?

Can we assume these particular whales were all democrats? (small "d" intended)

Who had raging killer whales on their 2020 bingo card?

LOL, good one. My favorite was one I saw last week.

First image is of a cloud with a strange cube-like shadow on one end. The text reads: Floridians find a strange cube-like object in a cloud.

The next image is a guy at a large calendar and he says: "Who had The Borg for September?"

It was a slobbering moment for sure. I’m glad I never read this thread before then.
