Remember: Biden (like HRC at this point in the game) is a candidate for POTUS. Actual indictments before the election could have severe political benefits for the wrong (demoncrap) side.

Sorry, but with today's warlike political environment, some decisions are not black vs white, but "What will enable us to survive the election -- so that we can then unleash the dogs of war."
