Illinois is in dire straights financially...I wonder what it cost for the first mass mailing and this followup ?
What is scary is... Supposedly the security for this is air-tight.
But...they are tracking who applied and who didn't.
At the end of whatever time limit there is, they will know who hasn't applied.
Is there a way to check the "have-nots" against a list of people who have voted in person?
Then fill out mail-in ballots for those who haven't voted either "in person", "mailed in ballot" or "absentee" ballot ?
