There is public video of Joe Biden grasping and massaging a young girls right breast. She moved away. Biden is senile. Biden is just doing what he has always done before he was senile. He did not even know what he was doing was wrong.
Before senility he knew it was wrong but with his few brain cells functioning knew molestation should be confined to adults that were your employees.

That is how I feel about Biden, but the fact that he has zero character and has done great injustice to the man whose truck killed his wife and child in a collision. Biden slandered him as as drunk driver, and repeated pleas from the man’s family over years were never publicly retracted.
