She was apparently off-camera, as I only have watched the 43 sec. clip where it is said to be her voice that says “I’m not sure we need to bring Soros into this” at 11 sec. in. Marie Harf is of course the empty-headed blonde who pops up at the end of the clip, not Melissa.
All I said is that based on previous comments I’ve heard her make on business topics, she’s been spot-on and not at all a knee-jerk liberal. I don’t indict a person on the basis of one sentence without knowing more about what was meant and why. She has a degree in economics and has also done a lot of acting (one of the girls on Little House on the Prairie, for example), so at least she’s not the typical FNC journo/poli-sci turned expert on everything.
Let me add that I’m all in favor of exposing that bastid Soros and that I applaud Newt’s comment.
All I’m wondering is if the FNC people are under orders from above not to talk about him, or at least not to allow negative comments to be made about him, just based on the reaction of 2 out of the 3 who I expected better of.
If Faulkner and Francis reacted on their own free will, then shame on them. But if they were under rules of engagement that banned criticism of Soros thent he blames belongs with whoever put those rules in place.
Harris just apologized on line for censoring Newt.
