Thè floods are not new. The reason for the 3 gorges dam was to control the floods.

But few western MSM cover this, and the Chinese are not releasing much information of course, because it shows their big fancy dam just made things worse.

I ask him if he was aware of the 3GD & he said yeah he & a couple of engineers have been checking in on it every day.

I asked what he thought & he said chinese engineering. Dam could go any day
