Some would say he should wait to replace Wray til after the election because it will be spun by the MSM/Democraps as “trying to cover up”.

But if he did it now, think of how much a new INTERIM FBI Director could accomplish between now and Nov. While Senate confirmation is needed for a permanent director, that would stop Trump from putting an interim in place with full powers.

And what the hell does he have to lose? How many votes could be gained by stepping up law and order between now and election day vs. how many lost from negative criticism?

After the election, either it won’t matter or he’ll have the luxury of working out the approval process with Mitch.

I say Do It Now.

I think Trump wants to avoid having another Bolton, seems like everyone who leaves ends up writing a book, and creating more “noise”.
