I poked around thru the drone videos of Pedo Island til I found one that showed the “temple” from the right angle, and it sure looks like it’s in the right place for a photo like this to have been taken from the beach or one of the structures in the foregroung here - I’ve preset the video to just where the drone camera tilts up to show the temple on top of the hill:
