It’s hard to believe in a pandemic where no one knows anyone who’s actually sick.

COVID-19 is out there. My brother and his entire family contracted it during when they got together on Labor Day. He said he wouldn't wish it on anyone and still sick.

A friend also had it a couple weeks ago. She is a nurse who is extremely careful about her health.

It makes me think COVID-19 is being deliberately spread. (Contaminated face masks?)

I now know or I am one person away from knowing at least 10 people who have had it. Some worse than others. None ended up in the hospital. I don’t want to sign up to get it but neither am I going to quit living life in fear of it. I don’t want to ever have the flu again either.

We have a friend who came down with a very high fever. He contacted us because he had spent time at our house the night before. Dr. gave him antibiotics, no HCQ. I sent him a text saying I know a local dr. who prescribes HCQ, he declined. Anyway, he started having trouble breathing, and they found spots on his lungs, again, I asked if he knew about a different Dr., Dr. Bartlett in Texas who gives an asthma steroid through a nebulizer. He was hospitalized twice, eventually, they gave him a steroid shot, but like Dr. Bartlett said, the nebulizer works much faster and goes directly to the affected area, not the whole body. The drug was safe enough to give to small children. He had even given it to someone with 2 types of cancer, and she recovered from covid after the first treatent. Our friend had a fever over 103 for 11 or 12 days. I absolutely feel sorry for these folks, but why won't they try known cures? He has mentioned us getting together again, but I just don't have it in me to keep my big mouth shut and not question him about this very poor decision. I just don't get it.

I read that everywhere that has imposed a mask edict has seen an immediate bloom in disease prevalence. Sorry no sauce, can’t remember where I heard or read it.
