There was a typical grocery store on Capitol Dr. in Milwaukee that could be called an inner city store. The health department had to shut it down due to rats. No one wants to invest in a store that will not have proper upkeeping.

There were a series of news articles in the Tulsa channels concerning the dearth of grocery stores in North Tulsa. North Tulsa is primary occupied by blax.

Why is there a dearth of grocery stores in North Tulsa? Because the people who live in that part of town robbed the stores blind. Shrinkage eliminated the prospect of even covering expenses, much less, profit.

So, the companies shut down and moved out.

Now those animals are whining about no stores.
