I haven’t seen that. Lots of posters expressing disgust at what the NFL has become, though. Voting with their feet with respect to television ratings and dearth of ticket sales would be the more concrete expression of that aforementioned sentiment.

Give it time. The players and mouthpieces (commentators) are going to double down on their criticism of the fans. It will be like kicking the proverbial hornets' nest.

After a couple of weeks, fans will be into the habit of doing other activities on Sundays, and ratings will be Chinese torture for the owners.

It won't affect the players until the salary cap is announced for the 2021 season. The biggest impact will be on mid-range veteran players, who will be cut for the salary cap, in favor of rookies and players with less than a few years in the league.

IOW, we're going to have to play the game of "long war."
