As for shootouts during attempted confiscation...WWII resistance fighters learned, “that it was possible to kill Nazis and then survive afterward”. Are government forces that numerous and that omnipotent?

I’m off on another subject, but the logistics of confiscation are monumentally daunting. Tell you what, go and draft an operational order for the confiscation of all citizens’ firearms; chain of command, logistics, personnel, “enemy” meaning us, and concept of operations.
I was scared s***less when Obama was in office and I researched what it would take to seize hundreds of millions of firearms at the Federal level. Conclusion: Impossible.
“Uh, you own guns so we’re freezing your bank account”. Most guns are unregistered; “anonymous ownership”, scolded one gun grabber, so how does that work?
Any gun bought from a dealer or at a gun show is , in fact, registered and records are accessible to ATF.
