Responding to a disturbing video of a suspect shooting two Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies, President Donald Trump called for a "fast trial death penalty" for the shooter if the deputies die.
Trump tweeted, sharing the L.A. County Sheriff's tweet showing video of the shooting:
"Animals that must be hit hard!" The sheriff's office reported protesters outside the hospital were chanting "we hope they die."
Trump added in another tweet:
"If they die, fast trial death penalty for the killer. Only way to stop this!"

Yeah, the gait was a little odd, too.
Now that might be an awesome day. I would really have to adjust my work schedule for that.
Take a month off and pull out my “A” and “B” bags.
Need the same treatment for the maggots that shot the 5 year-old in SC and the 21 year-old and her step father in Wilson, NC. Neither one of these should have lived to see the sun set.
With the officers surviving, it is possible that a good description of the perp is now possible. Other surveillance should get a clear picture of who it was.
Alas, the perp will go free because he will claim Trump’s tweet made it impossible to get a fair trial.
Democrat Calif Gov Newsom has ordered the release of dozens of murderers this year alone. So if convicted they will be released by Newsom or some other democrat.
He sounds like a FR poster. Which means a smart, great guy.
