Seems to me the US Marshalls can take him/her in because the crime now crosses state lines, the smoke up here in WA State is in large part from Oregon.

Remember a year or so ago when the Whitehouse started a portal/website requesting people to submit cases of online censorship?

<>They need to do the same thing to request info from law enforcement and people working in prosecutors offices that witness this crap. The DOJ should collect this information and pursue those who make these decisions. Likely money/extortion/bribery involved.
