Not sure I’m following what you mean here. I presumed that Petty has a room temperature IQ ... and any person with a room temperature IQ would immediately recognize a 'garage pull' rope versus a 'noose'. Petty has demonstrated he is dumber than dumb and a willing accomplice in a national hoax... Bubba was a want a be victim and Petty greased his skids.
