yes, a small island in the Andaman group, I think. The natives have made it absolutely clear that any outsider will be killed, no exceptions. The island had been swept by cholera or plague decades before when there was regular contact with inter island traders. The epidemic nearly exterminated the native population. The survivors decided that there would be no more contact with outsiders, period.
