The way I figure it, the intelligent, decent, and hard-working people who could really embody the ideal public servant and be an asset to the country just don’t want to put themselves or their families through what Donald Trump has been dealing with since he announced his candidacy.
The good ones in office now are also struggling to do their jobs as they fight against the leftist agenda machine.
I’m sure it’s a real Hell, of sorts.

Destroying, or trying to destroy, the personal life, the business, the families of any Republican running for office is part of what the Democrats do. They are the biggest group of bullies that I’ve ever been aware of in the United States. On top of it they are sanctimonious, claiming the highroad.
