Civil disorder? How about assault with a deadly weapon?

The people need to remove the mayor of Portland - and the DA. I don’t much care how.
I was thinking the same thing but this might be better:
1. Clarifies that it was a riot, not just an individual breaking the law. Note that the charge begins by reciting that it was an unlawful assembly.
2. May be easier to prove than assault with a deadly weapon because it doesn’t require the government to prove intent to harm.
3. 5 years is a long time, especially when you are 20.
Good to see someone being held accountable for this cruel crime. I wonder if those officers will ever see again.
