I saw one article with a similar statement, and I asked:

So who is starting these fires all over Oregon? Large numbers of random nutcase? The public needs some kind of information about the sources of the obviously human caused fires.
Does that mean widespread looting IS going on? Because I hadn’t heard it. But if they deny it it must be happening. Is that what you’re hearing?
