That old joke was the basis for the name of the Heckawi tribe in F Troop. Great show.

The fucawee tribe. A small statured people who lived in the grasslands of Africa. Their navigation consisted of a jump straight up every 6 Feet or so, and the eternal question “fucawee.”
They couldn’t use the name from the joke in the TV show in 1966, so they made the tribe the Heckawi, or Hakawi. In one episode, the Chief even told the joke about how the tribe got its name. Years later, I learned that it was a joke from long before the TV show.
