Well I think so. It is about 60 miles south of Omak. The town of Bridgeport and Mansfield were hit which is dang close to Coulee City at the base of Banks Lake which is a damned up Coulee for irrigation.
Coulee Dam - wouldn’t that be BPA, as in a federal agency?
