First of all, the meme is wrong for this thread; "Baghdad Bob" always LIED.
Second, if your double post was an attempt to fool the basic dupe detection algorithm, it failed: The DIFFERENCE for the two images was uniform all zeroes (RGB 00 00 00 = Black.)
(Even doing a clearly-visible UNSHARP MASK on one of the two images results in only text edges and insignia highlights showing up on the DIFFERENCE test...)

I guess the good news is that a true mathematical test should catch even single-bit value changes. If so, we should be able to make nearly-invisible
local (not
global -- i.e. brightness, etc.) changes that should stump the algorithm.
When I get some time, I'll experiment...
