As soon as Darryl Issa shows up on TV you can take it to the bank that nothing is going to happen. He has been an obfuscation guy his entire career.
How about the gazillion sealed indictments?
Although procedural mistakes were made in the submission process there was never an intentional attempt to deceive the court. It is our conclusion that to prosecute anyone would not be in the interests of justice and only inflame partisan divisions in our electoral process. We will make recommendations to prevent future occurrences in the transmission of errors to the court and this will restore public confidence in our justice system and the FISA Court.
I guess after you factor in ‘professional courtesy’ there will be no one left to charge with a crime.
So the heads of the FBI and CIA conspire to overthrow a newly elected president and steal the votes of 63 million Americans and no one is held accountable but for one guy with a ‘typo’.

I saw Durham’s picture on the side of a milk carton the other day.
Well, he was about to indict Hillary, but she said that she can’t wear black & white stripes after Labor Day, so he called it off.

Tautologically, Durham’s team is doing a cost-benefit tradeoff. There are costs (at this point high and growing fast) to further delays to be weighed off against the benefits of gathering or reporting more evidence.
It is hard to imagine at this point that Durham will report out, say next week, “oh, never mind.” If this was going to be a nothingburger, he could have folded his tent months ago.
He’s got something but truly the cost of further delays is becoming very very high. This is why I think the report must be imminent. This Friday morning at the very latest.
This past weekend Mark Levin reran the show when he had Bill Barr on. I rewatched it until the first commercial break. Barr talks a good game, just around the edges. I’m not enthused with him.
